Will You Come or Shall I Go?
你来吗,或是我离开?

This series first came to be in 2002, when I was traveling abroad. These works are a reflection of how I felt while traveling, roaming amidst unfamiliar cities, the sky became the only thing I recognized, as if it was able to take me anywhere. Planes flying through the sky could bring or take away my friends coming or going from anywhere. To me, these photographs express a very personal experience projected on an open landscape.
